In Claymates on Super Nintendo, a scientist who invented a serum to turn humans into animals gets kidnapped by a shaman. The player leads Clayton, the son of the scientist who was transformed into a ball of earth. Every time Clayton touches another color ball, it turns into an animal. Each animal has particularities that will allow Clayton to browse the levels, in search of his father.
