In this action game on NES, a young man born in California undertakes to visit the most famous sites around the world. As he drives on the highways surrounding these sites, the road is painted white. All sections of the road must be painted so that the young man can go to the next place. But the local police every time try to stop him from succeeding his goal, not forgetting the wandering cats and the tips that drag on the road.
